Ordering

Ordering: It is generally fastest to use the websites shopping cart, to place and pay for orders. I do use a paypal shopping cart. However, you do not need to have a registered paypal account to place an online order with the cart. Just follow the check out prompts according to you preferences. If for some reason you want to process an order with a credit card apart from the shopping cart, you will have to email or call your order and card info in ( if emailing card info ( name on card, card number, expiration date , card billing address and security number on the back, by dividing the numbers somewhere in two emails)

Using the Shopping cart & order turn around : To put an order together on the web site find the item desired. On the far right of the row, that the item is on, there is an add to cart button. When you click the button it will bring up the paypal cart window to show you what you added. It is best to check, that it is the item you intended. You can remove or increase or decrease the number of any item in the cart, up until the time of place order function.

If at any time you have a problem, please do not hesitate to inquire. At this time, orders are processed the same day they are received, Monday - Thursday. Friday thru Sunday orders usually require Monday processing, otherwise as much as possible, they also are processed the same day.

Mail in orders: If you would rather mail in an order and payment, you may want to call to have your items set aside, some times this is important (they are held for 5 business days, awaiting your payment). Otherwise you can write out your order, total and add 3.50 for the shipping (if you are adding any other flat rate categories as listed in each area, or fiber or potpourri items see below ) also if the order is going somewhere in Missouri you must add .05475% tax on the subtotal before the shipping. Orders go out when payment is received. Please add your phone number and or your email for me, in case I need to contact you and of course your complete name & address to ship to. See payment instruction below.

Email order: if you would rather email an order and then send payment by mail, just send the list by email to me hevnsent@fidnet.com and if you figure it up as described else where here or I can confirm total for you, what ever you like. I will set it aside for 5 business days awaiting payment. Don't forget your address and phone number. See payment instruction below.

Phone orders: Getting me on the phone, most weekdays I am usually here to answer the phone, sometimes I have to do chores outside and or will be in the middle of batching something and can't take any calls. If you do not get any answer please do leave a message, and I will return the call as soon as possible 573-764-3649 (ask for nova). Payment & Mailing : When sending a check or money order please make it payable to Nova Wright and mail to Heaven Sent Home Spun 8315 Champion City Rd, Gerald, Mo 63037. By credit card include the following information Name on card, billing address for the card, expiration date, security code on the back of card.

Shipping: We desire to provide shipping at a very minimum cost to you.

For soap, shampoo & shaving bars, mist and most other body care products, there is a flat $3.50 for each total order for these items, (That's right : ) only $3.50 for most body care total order no matter what size or weight) it will be called handling by the paypal cart. Some other items have a higher flat rate shipping if you order those the highest number for the flat rate is used. and some items have a per additional item amount that has to be added, described on the top part each page where it applies. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service, by either first class, parcel or priority mail, depending on type of products, size, weight.

Ordering other items such as the fiber & potpourri & related, requires a different formula, explained below.

Because I have to work out a formula for the shopping cart, that averages out fair for all involved, but I want it to be most economical for you, it can be sort of frustrating to me. But I have continued to refine it. It starts with a base number that checkout though paypal calls handling, it is not handling but a base postage (4.50). Then each item has a weight amount that is added to it, .15 per oz. This part only applies to the orders that include fiber, yarns and related stuff, and any equipment and finished fiber articles.

International orders: ANY & ALL types of international orders have to be figured separately as they are usually considerably more, and require an accurate quote. Sorry, the above soaps paragraph does not apply. But I will apply a discount of a comparable amount. Please email
