To use thoroughly wet hair and dash bar through the water, rub bar all around on your head a few times or till desired lather is created, rinse with clean warm water. All are apx 4 oz each. Long lasting about a gram needed per wash of sort of long below shoulders, thin hair @ 4 times around top of head, at the beginning of the bar, and 6 at the middle, and 8 at when it is smallest toward the end, uses 1 gram of the bar, which makes for about 120 washes per bar. Flat rate shipping 3.50 applies for total order.
